A holistic dieter includes both the mind and body. This Body Type Diet balances all physical systems including the emotional, spiritual and mental well-being. Besides the calorie count and regular exercising several times a week; the dieter’s doctor assesses the whole physical metabolic system including the person’s stress level, digestion or genetic factors. The goal of a holistic dieter is to keep up proper nutrition, eliminate chronic health issues, and increase his/her energy for the purpose to create a sense of well-being and balance for the whole body.
This body type diet has been proven to be the most effective because of its focus on underlying causes and the whole health. Therefore it is unlikely that you will gain weight again after your weight loss program which unfortunately 90 % of people are facing this problem in our society. The underlying metabolic and psychological factors that caused a person to become overweight will be treated through the holistic approach of this diet and the person may be more likely to lose weight permanently.

Dieting can often be expensive, whether it is a diet system or body type diet that depends on protein shakes, protein bars, and alternative meals. For frugal dieters, the challenge is not to skip proper nutrition but at the same time they have a tight budget available for food and drinks.
Frugal dieters count every cent they spend in dieting. They write down what they are eating for every meal in order to stay in control. Frugal dieters read nutritional facts and labels to make sure that each food that goes into their basket has the right nutrition that they need. They prefer nutritious, home cooked meals before dining out. They love natural food, however they may also tend to buy alternative food that does not have the same nutrients than those of its natural counterpart. Organic food may not always be on their list, as some organic produce are more expensive that those of conventional foods. They can stay motivated with the diet as long as they can financially support the program.
To save on dieting, some frugal dieters try to reduce calories by increasing the amount of intense physical activities they do or they change their eating habits. This includes reducing the portion of foods when eating.
