The MIR 50LBS Short Adjustable Weighted Vest has it all: price, quality and feature advantages. This Vest performs very well while doing different workout exercises like jumps, pull ups, push ups, chins, ring dips etc. and therefore is perfect for both running/walking/sprint and body weight type of exercising. I call them high intensity movements.

MIR 50LBS Short Adjustable Weighted Vest Type
This product was specifically designed for men. The short style in a weight vest means that its perfect for running, power walking and gym workouts. Any long style weight vest is designed for more heavy duty movements such as in CrossFit or SEAL Training. It gives you more stability. But the short style is just fine also. It really depends what you prefer.
MIR 50LBS Short Adjustable Weighted Vest Features
The Mir Weighted Vest does not move around while exercising. Therefore its perfect for high intensity movements. However, when trying to do pushups with your feet elevated it feels like that the front panel is going to flip out so this workout training I would not recommend with this vest. The weight load can be changed depending what type of exercise you are doing. A must have and important feature of any Weighted Vest. If running at night the weighted vest provides a horizontal silver reflective strip across the back.
Furthermore if you are training for Cross Fit and SEAL, users found that the shape of the MIR Vest is more effective for those close-hand exercises and provides the most overhead mobility. With regards to comfort of wearing the MIR Vest, overall it sits comfortably on the shoulders. However, in the first few days of wearing the vest there could be a mild discomfort since your body is not used to it. Also body-builders with unique body dimensions would find the vest to be too narrow to fit since the vest cannot be adjusted in its width.
The vest is made of heavy-duty 1200D reinforced nylon, featuring double padded shoulders for added comfort and mesh vented inside for breath ability.
This product has 50-Pounds, Weights adjustable in 3-Pound increments included as well as one Velcro belt.
Vest weights capacity is 60-Pound and there are empty compartments to add additional weights.
One size fits all. Please note this product is not for you if you have a large head and neck and big body dimensions.
